After the breakfast, we start our tour by one of the largest museums of Sudan which is Sudan National Museum. then, crossing the confluence of the Blue & White Nile down to Omdurman, where the place of the Mahdi tomb and the Khalifa’s house Museum. Get then a glimpse of the hustle and bustle of the lively Omdurman market, the largest souq of East Africa, This ancient Souq exhibits all types of handicrafts, artifacts, souvenirs and various items of Sudanese folk memorabilia.
At 9 O’clock our trip to the Meroe Pyramids will begin at Bahri, North of Khartoum. After 70 to 80 Km from Khartoum we will reach an interesting part on the Nile, it’s beautiful “Three Cataracts” (Al Sablouga) where you can go on a small boat ride and before that we can choose our fishes, so we can enjoy our fried fish with ‘Chilies’ along with bread and Salad and amazing Tahini. Then we will go North, Once we arrive we will see an area that includes the world’s largest collection of Pyramids (Begrawia).
Early in the morning, by the sunrise, we will have our breakfast in Albegrawia, we will begin our journey to the wonderful archaeological sites. The site of Naga which is located about 30 km to the east of the Nile and We then go to Mussawarat, not far away from Naga which is located in a large basin surrounded by low sandstone hills. Then, we will back to Khartoum with amazing memories.
